The Slate at Andover is a 224-unit multi-family property in Andover, MA, located conveniently to downtown Andover. Residents can expect high-end living, but with all the charms of being in a small, quiet town. Developed by Wood Partners and The Architecture Team, Planeta Design Group provided full interior design services beginning with the initial planning straight through to the furniture and fine art procurement. The project involved designing both the interior and exterior of a stand-alone amenities and leasing clubhouse, which services the exterior lounge and pool areas. Planeta Design Groups attention to detail is also evident in the design of the main building lobbies and public spaces. The design is meant to attract a range of residents from working professionals to young families with its focus on flexible spaces, clean, lively materials and embrace of the outdoors.
